Elbert County Community Justice Services
The Elbert County Sheriff's Office administrates the Useful Public Service/Community Service
program for Elbert County, Colorado. It is the responsibility of the Community Justice Services
Office to assist you in obtaining suitable public service/community service work to fulfill your
community justice service obligation.
It is your responsibility to contact the Community Justice Service office in person as soon as
possible following the date you were sentenced by the Elbert County Court. If you are a Juvenile
your parent and or guardian must be present at time of intake.

Wednesday and Thursday (ONLY)
NO EXCEPTIONS
9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Fees:
$75.00
$45.00 for Juveniles
ALL Fees must be paid at time of Intake

Completion of your community service and credit received will not be accepted if you have not
gone through the Elbert County CJS process.
