Telephones: Evercom phones are available from 9:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. every day. Inmates may place collect calls or purchase Evercom phone cards in $5, $10, or $20 amounts. The Evercom phone cards can be purchased from the Elbert County Detentions Facility. Be advised that some phone numbers have a block on the line to prevent collect calls and it is the responsibility of the Inmate to communicate by mail with a person who has the blocked telephone line, so they can have the number unblocked through their telephone company if they choose.
Mail: There is no limit on the amount of mail Inmates send or receive as long as Inmates have stamped envelopes and paper. Inmates that are indigent are allowed two stamps and two envelopes each week on commissary.
